Connections between international and domestic students.
Step #1: Stormboarding
Stormboarding is a great way to start thinking about the plans you'll make for the coming year to network the domestic students and international students in our program. Look at my sample as a model for your own planning ideas.

Step #2: Capzles
By creating a timeline, you can put some "deliverable dates" on the events that you are working on. These should have descriptions of general themes for each of the events this year. Remember to deliver the detailed plans to me one month before each event for review!

Step #3: Explain Everything App
Use this tool to explain the plan for each month in greater detail. Present this and add your budget into the details. This way the money and activities are all accounted for when making plans for the next event.

Make a commercial!
Much like my example of advertising to my teams, use this tool to advertise to students that you'll be creating events this year.

Step #5: Edublogs
Your last step is to post it all up on Edublogs for next year's team to use as a guide. It should look something like this.
